This time BRM Model Cars went far and beyond!
How it all started.
As you know by now, we at BRM Model Cars can’t stay put for too long! So thanks to our partners in crime, aka Piemonte Communication, we are shooting a REAL MOVIE, the plot? A real race against an ???? ????? ???: a real car vs. a #modelcar, at the varanodemelegari racetrack.
The idea for the movie came to us thanks to an eventful meeting with Andrea De Adamich, a famous Italian racetrack champion from the 1970s.
Andrea is now the director of the Center for Safe Driving at the Varano Melegari race track, and given that we love the Alfa Romeo GTA, of which they have a fully functioning one, we just thought it was something we’d love to do. Going from a model racetrack to a real one will be a real adventure where we can test our knowledge of the car and the track itself.
What we’re up to.
So, the whole troupe is on set: Damiano, the director, very serious and with a vigil eye on every scene, our cameramen, our graphic design section and most of all, Davide and Filippo, being a nuisance but hey, we love them just the way they are, lol.
We hope the movie will be ready soon, we can’t wait to show you the result of this insane project comparing an Alfa Romeo GTA model car to the real thing dating back to 1965, and hopefully, you will have as much fun watching it as we had filming it. This time we are taking you to life! More behind the scene to come soon.
